Just finished this seat up for Adrian. This is one of the first homemade seat pans that actually didn't give me a problem and had a nice comfortable shape to it.
Got a few more things done on Chris's KZ 400 chop. We got new rubber mounted on the rims, extended his stock exhaust out and tried figure out the seat and fender options.
Got the bones down for the seat and cut up an old gas tank I had laying around the shop to make the rear fender . Then I made a simple offset brake stay for the rear drum. I still have to take the fender over to a buddy's and smooth out my hammer marks with his english wheel. But other than that this is what it's going to look like.
I was finally able to fit the moon disc's on the front and rear of the salt racer build this weekend . It ended up taking a lot longer than I expected but it was definitely worth the time.
